You should have payment receipt ready in the form of : The account number it was paid from, the date it was paid, which amount and which KID number the payment was made with.

If you disagree with the sanction fee we issued, you must submit a written complaint explaining why you disagree. This should be sent through our complaint form or by post. We do not accept any complaints by email.
The ticket must always be visible in the front window, in areas where this is required. Sending proof of a valid ticket afterwards will not change the outcome of a sanction fee. Unfortunately, this type of complaint is not granted.

In parking areas against payment, the same amount of tickets must be purchassed for the equal number of spaces occupied. If you occupy two parking spaces, then you have to pay two tickets, etc. One for each parking space. You only need one ticket when you park on a lot with free time limited parking
Remember, the vehicle must always be parked within marked space, a trailer attached to a vehicle can not be parked outside the designated space even if the vehicle is within a designated space.

You will have to file a police report if your car has been stolen. The copy of the police report must be sent to us with a written complaint to prove that the car was stolen.
You do not need to pay when you have submitted a complaint, until the case is prossesed. The case is suspended until it is finished. It is recommended to file a complaint thorugh our web complaint form, as you wil sure that the complaint is delivered and that the case will be suspended. The same applys if you submit a complaint to the Parking Appeals Board within the specified deadlines.
Recovery of outstanding amounts is made by Arvato Finance AS under the debt collection Act. If the sanction fee is not paid, an invoice will be sent from Arvato and then the case will proceed to debt collection if this is not paid.
Rental companys and leasing companys are responsible for the sanction fee if the driver does not pay it. Standard contracts on rental cars and leases allow these companies to claim the amount of a sanction fee with additional fees. It is recommended to pay the sanction within the deadline, so the bill won´t be sent to one of these companies. If you disagree with the sanction, then send a complaint before the deadline expires so that no collection request will be sent.
All Q-Park permits have a validity date and can only be used within the dates on it.
Go to www.q-park.no and choose parking facility by searching City/place, Address or using the search field. Click on the pre-book button and insert arrival date. Available products will be displayed. Choose product and click next. If you already are a registered user type in your username and password. You can also pre-book as an unknown customer. Check overview of your order and click next if everything is correct. Click next and include your payment details. Shortly after pre-booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail.
If you purchase the cancellation fee, you can cancel a pre-booking one hour prior to the booking time. A Pre-booking without the cancellation fee cannot be cancelled.
A "Singel pass" product means that you can drive in and out of the car park only once. A "Multi pass" product means that you can drive in and out as many times as you like within the pre-booked parking time.
You will receive a confirmation notice as soon as your booking is complete. You will also be sent an email confirming the booking.
The booking has not been completed successfully and the process should be carefully repeated. If you completed the online process and did not receive booking confirmation, please check that the email is not blocked by your server, or classified as spam.
You can repent your booking for a duration of 14 days starting from the pre-book date and time.

If you park longer then the pre-booked duration, the price for you overstay will be displayed on the screen on the payment machine or on the column on exit when inserting your parking ticket from entry. You can use your credit card to pay for overstay.

Some parking spaces are reserved for disabled people and a valid permit for disabled people must be submitted to be able to park in such a space as stated in th regulations on parking permit for persons with disabilities. There are no excuses to use such space based on your own opinion that you need it. The card should be clearly visible for inspection, its the side with expiration date that must be able to be controlled through the frontwindow.

It will be clearly stated on the parking sign if its an obligation to pay for those with a card for disabled persons. Everyone must comply with the terms and conditions that apply to the areas in which you park in.
