If you have filed a complaint regarding a sanction fee issued due to lack of payment caused by mistyping and you have received a rejection letter dated July 1st 2019 or later, you may apply for a refund of the parking fee you paid. This only applies to short-term parking, and only if you have not previously been refunded such parking fee due to mistyping (independent of the kind of mistyping, parking facility etc.).
Payment of contract parking, monthly subscription and parking for multiple days, week, month etc. is not applicable to refund. Breach of other parking regulations, such as expiration of the parking ticket/registration, exceeding maximum allowed parking time, parking in breach of alignment regulations, on spots reserved for disabled persons etc. does not entitle you to a refund. The refunded amount excludes percentages paid to mobile payment application suppliers etc.
